People like to talk up their favorite substances, but when it comes down to it, they rarely as amazing as they are talked up to be. If someone were to discover such a 100% drug it would be a boon to all humankind. I am on several medications for psychiatric disorders and fortunately none of them have interfered with my natural dreaming processes. One has had a positive effect on my lucid occurences - it is a mild psychotropic medication called 'Seroquel'. I don't know if I'd go so far as to advocate it as a lucidity pill, but the increase in lucid dream activity and the general vividness of dreams seems too significant to be dismissed as mere coincidence. I think it would be safe to say that any member of the psychotropic-pharmaceutical family would be a help in lucid induction.
