I remember that issue of Omni, which also helped further my interest in lucid dreaming at the time. I'm guessing that I may have been a couple years older than Chad when it came out, but I can't recall for sure. I hope to be able to read his book in the future. I saw on Nate's page that he said he could build a mask, too, so I emailed him to ask about the cost. I'm sure if I bought a soldering gun I could eventually figure out how to make one myself, but I have absolutely no experience in electronics, and knowing my luck I'd ruin the parts if I were to build one. I've had several lucid dreams before, once on purpose and two or three times by accident, but it would be awesome if I could actually induce one by wearing a mask.
