They get stuck in your stomach and it's hard for it all to dissolve which will give you a upset stomach from hell. The gel layers sometimes will stay in your intestines. I know, I'm a scaredy cat. I do want that NovaDreamer, though. I've wanted one since 1999. In fact, that might be a good thing for me to buy with my bonus. I don't think they make them anymore.
